NO MEN’S HAPPY HOUR THIS MONTH - Please note that Men’s Happy Hour will not meet this month. We hope everyone enjoys a wonderful holiday season! See you at the Beer and Carols instead. Men’s Happy Hour gatherings will resume in January — we look forward to seeing you then!
SIGN UP TO ORDER POINSETTIAS FOR CHRISTMAS- Bring the beauty of Christmas to your home! Poinsettias are available for $10 each. Sign-up sheets are located at the Welcome Center. Last day to sign up will be Dec 10th.
HOLDEN EVENING PRAYER – Join us on December 3rd, 10th, and 17th at 6:30 PM for a time of reflection and prayer.
SPECIAL ADVENT PROGRAM FOR ALL CHIRLDREN & YOUTH – All Children and Youth Programs ON SUNDAY, DECEMBER 7TH, WILL BE MOVED TO A SPECIAL TIME AT 3:30 PM - Come and hear Christmas story.
DECK THE HALLS - Sunday 7th December- 4pm help decorate the halls and prepare the sanctuary for Christmas while joining in festive fun -cookie decorating, popcorn & hot cocoa.
YOUNG ADULTS BRUNCH! Calling all young adults aged 20-40! Join us for some relaxed fellowship time on December 7th after the worship at the Foyer. Single folks, couples, those with or without kids - all are welcome! Please reach out to Sarah M. at 970-343-9306 with any questions.
LONGEST NIGHT SERVICE -MONDAY, DECEMBER 8, 6:00 PM - A quiet, reflective service for those experiencing grief or hardship during the holiday season. All are welcome.
CHRISTMAS EVE WORSHIP TIMINGS - Celebrate the joy and wonder of Christ’s birth with us this Christmas Eve. Worship services will be held at 3 PM and 5 PM. Come and experience the music, message, and candlelight as we rejoice in the gift of Jesus. All are warmly welcome!
ANGEL GIFTS DONATION DRIVE 2025 - LFSRM is spreading holiday cheer to newly arrived families through its annual Angel Gifts Donation Drive! Help provide toys, coats, and household items to those in need. Sign up for a family, purchase their gifts, attach the provided tag, and drop off donations on December 11, 2025, from 9 AM to 4 PM at 3001 8th Ave., Suite 100, Evans, CO 80620. We have been hearing different stories of generosity and inspirational giving from our congregation during Sunday morning worship as part of The Next 40 Years: Welcoming the Future, our capital campaign. SIGN UP TO VOLUNTEER FOR SUNDAY FELLOWSHIP TIME. Would you like to bring in treats for our Spirit of Joy community and help serve our congregation? Sign up to help with Sunday fellowship time here. Fellowship volunteers bring treats for serving after our 9:30am Sunday worship service. They prepare coffee and set out the coffee and tea service, and serve and refresh coffee and treats after the service. Finally, they clean up the kitchen at the end of fellowship time. Thank you so much for volunteering for this ministry!

You are now able to access the latest Spirit of Joy information, our online directory, and your own giving records all from your phone through our new Spirit of Joy app found here. If you need instructions for help with the app, click here.
OFFICE HOURS. The Spirit of Joy office will be open on Mondays and Wednesdays from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The Office Administrator will be available remotely from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM on Tuesdays and Thursdays and may be reached at office@sojoyfc.org. The office will be closed Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
